- We will arrive within the booked time frame* !
- If we are late upto 40 minutes, we will do the job for half price.
- If we are late more than 40 minutes, we will do it for free.
- *Sometimes delays up to 10 minutes can happen because of unpredictable circumstances like bad traffic, etc. We do our best to avoid this, but it can happen, please allow us and we allow you delays up to 10 minutes at not extra charge.
- *We reserve the right to cancel a booking because of bad weather or within a reasonable time. For example if someone booked an area or type of vehicle that we don’t service, we will cancel and refund this booking as soon as we notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any booking for any reason.

- If you can’t be there at the time of the inspection, you can book an unattended inspection, all we need is access to the key and access to the vehicle.
- We allow you to reschedule or cancel your booking before we drive to you and you will receive a full refund.

- For us this requires a lot more efford and planning. For us it means that we might have waiting time and can’t do other jobs.
- If you want it cheaper and don’t have time yourself, you can book an unattended inspection. All we need is access to the key and vehicle. Don’t worry, we do this all the time.
